A Carer is a person that has the necessary qualifications to be permitted to communicate direct with Victims or their families who are seeking help from us. We even have to restrict access to personal files. Our legal experts warn us of the dangers to the people we care for particularly with domestic violence situations. In fact many Victims have been tracked by their partners and many are beaten badly some murdered. We do not know who your are yet so please understand that we have to ask you so much. We respect everyone but when we have to introduce someone to a person who has had a terrible experience we want to make sure that everyone will care for them.
